Changes are saved on this device as soon as you tick or edit.
Placeholder text left on a page nobody opened, a robots.txt that still blocks search engines from the staging setup, missing redirects from old addresses, forms that send to a test inbox and analytics that were never switched on. Each has an item on this list.
Open every page on a phone and a desktop, in the main browsers, and use it with the keyboard only. Submit every form. Run a speed test on a slow mobile connection and a link checker over the whole site. Write what you find as new items in this checklist and tick them as they are fixed.
Point the domain, check both the www and the bare domain, confirm analytics records a visit and that forms deliver, then watch the error logs for the first hours. Keep the backup from the day before within reach in case you need to roll back.
Press Share link and send it to the team. Each person gets a copy, so split the sections by owner: content to the editor, speed and security to the developer, accessibility to whoever tests. For a list that needs to sync live between people, a project tool is a better fit; this one is for running through the checks.
No. It works for a hand-coded site, a CMS or a site builder. Delete what your platform already handles.
Yes. Add a section such as "Deploy" or "Monitoring" and write the checks your team uses. Everything is saved on this device.
Press Duplicate to make a copy for the next project, or "Untick all" to run the same list again.
Edit an item to add a name or a role at the end, such as “Fix broken links: dev”. The note stays in the list and in the printed sheet.
Press Copy as text to get a plain text version with [x] and [ ] marks that you can paste into an issue, a document or an e-mail.
